Burgess Group Services is an outsourced payroll business partner that is uniquely backed by expert Industrial Relations advice. We will collaborate with you and your business to increase payroll compliance and/or perform your payroll function for you.
We are small to medium sized business experts having worked with business owners for over a combined period of 15+ years and understand that your business doesn't stop operating when you close the doors. For that reason we offer you and your staff the ability to contact us 6 days a week.
We have seen and rectified many of those common but potentially costly errors that are so often made without the backing of expert industrial relations support.

We will work with you to tailor our services to what works for you instead of making you conform to us. Burgess Group Services prides itself on taking the time to get know you and your business needs. We know your not the same as another business so why should you be treated like that.
How we work ?
At Burgess Group Services we believe in honesty upfront and flexibility so we offer a solution tailored to your needs. We know that you are the expert in your business so we let you drive the process. We tell you how we work and what you can do now so you can make decisions in real-time without waiting for follow up information.
You send us your information in whatever format you have it and we will set you up in our systems. Then you take the driver's seat.
You can choose at any time whether:
* You want to continue to handle your finances - we then prepare calculations for you and send them to you - so you know exactly how much to pay each employee and where to divert other money (e.g super, PAYG)
* We can do it all for you - we prepare calculations for you or your approved delegates final send off, we then automatically deduct the relevant funds from your account and pay your employees for you.
* We can handle employee inquiries/issues/problems if you want us to.

We can do one off or periodic health checks of your payroll function to check compliance with legislation
We provide guidance and direction to your payroll provider or in house specialists
Regular webinar and email updates on hot topics and changes in payroll.
At Burgess Group Services we have nothing to hide. We are up front with our costings and we pride ourselves on no hidden additional costs you may get surprised with.
We have a standard processing fee per employee per pay period for payroll services.
We do not charge you extra for:
* Re-sending of emailed payslips to employee
* Additions of new employees
* Preparation of Separation Certificates
* Dealing with Centrelink forms/requests
At Burgess Group Services - we don't think these things are extra and are a part of our process
We also have a schedule of one off costs for payroll compliance checks, attendance at webinars.
